I visited Hever Castle for the first time in May 2016, after seeing it on instagram and thought it looked beautiful, so come the following Saturday I hopped in the car, the DSLR in hand and drove the 1 hour journey there.  Situated in the picturesque village of Hever - Hever Castle & Gardens was the childhood home of Anne Boleyn and is over 700 years old. I fell in love with the place as soon as I got there.

2 months later, I asked my family if they wanted to go for the day as I wanted them to see and experience the beauty of Hever too...It didn't take much persuasion once I showed them the pictures! 3 packed cars, & 14 sandwiches later, we arrive!
